I moved back to Atlanta and had been searching for an apartment complex that felt like home when I pulled up. And, Landing Square did that for me, every step of the way. From the initial tour, the application process, & ultimately becoming to a new resident. I love where I live. I love where I stay.

I've been there for almost 2 years and it's been a good experience. It's a quiet community and convenient to the airport and downtown. The staff is more than pleasant and always helpful.

Beautiful grounds, nice staff, prompt service. Gated and healthy living. I love the gym here. Neighbors are friendly , I want to get a pet here soon and never move

Still loving where I stay... if only we could get the trash figured out it’s such an eye sore from my sunroom window. The office staff is extremely helpful and caring when it comes to residence needs

Just been here a short time the community is beautiful, very nice and neighbors and staff are pleasant and friendly. Don't hear any noise. The grounds are clean and decent

Awesome, love my location. Apartment was clean on move in, staff calls when you have a package not just leave a note in the mailbox and always friendly.

Great community. Only issue so far is with the amount of noise with my upstairs neighbor but that's not the fault of the community. Maybe the management could consider requiring tennants with children stay on a 1st floor

The area where trash receptacle located its always running over. It seems we need more bins for trash The mail room is always full of trash on the floor. Parking lot by our building is full of trash at time.

It’s great living nice and quite. I would release hopefully they give discounts to loyal residents. When I go to the office things get accomplished.

I love living here. Everyone is very kind and treat me with respect. They are a little slow when it come answering the telephone. Other than that I have no complaints.

It's been nearly perfect. Dee was wonderful helping us (my roommates and I) get the unit we wanted. They could answer their phone more, but our maintenance requests get answered within a week usually. Our unit has been clean and wonderful, but we've had slight issues with bugs which we've asked for it to get resprayed. The units are spacious, and I've experienced and relatively great community thats kept clean and nice.

Great all around the only issue I have is the over flow of trash sometimes but other than that everything is great when ever I call some one always help

LS has been an amazing place to move! Everyone in the office, especially leasing agent D.White, has been kind and helpful. So happy to be here!

When I first moved here it was so nice and beautiful quiet place more community activities hope we can work on communication with residents,

I love it its very spaces and quit my son love beimg able to go outside and play without drama and they keep the outside looking very clean just wonderful

Just moved here. Love the new place. Has a nice fitness center. I would recommend to others. Can't wait to see what the future has in store.

I absolutely love my apartment!! And the community is lovely! It’s quiet, people aren’t hanging out, and it makes me feel safe. This is also a great area to live in.

MS D. White worked very well with me. Her patience were fantastic. As a senior citizen she made me feel very welcome with a hug whenever she greeted me. In all Landing Square is definite the place to be living at.

Very friendly neighborhood where no one bothers the others. Very quiet and peaceful with just the right amount of sunlight coming in through all of the windows.

The staff is so nice an friendly an respond so fast to my needs an it's convenient to shopping an public transportation all the residence are very nice

Application process was smooth and easy. Waiting to experience living here and enjoying this new environment. Hopefully I renew after a year.

I moved in a little over 2 months ago and so far I love my experience. My neighbors are friendly, maintenance staff is prompt and office staff really helps when I’m in a clutter!

3 months in and I am still happier than ever, though the pool was closed for the most of the summer I got to enjoy it a few times. I hope with the new renovation on the apartments they can do some throughout the complex

It’s a great neighborhood. Very quiet. Maintenance responds quickly but they sometimes leave a mess from whatever they’re fixing. The pool wasn’t open all summer, when it opened it was closed the next day. The gym is supposed to be 24 hrs but it usually locks itself even with your key card.

That was a pleasure meeting o come to Landing Square and become a part of the family. Really nice stuff and good condition. I really recommend to come and apply for an apartment
